MASSENA — A Massena man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop for speeding on S. Racquette River Road, according to state police.
Troopers said they charged 56-year old Terry A. Ostraski with felony DWI at 3 p.m. Saturday, officers said. The charge is a felony due to a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years.
He was also charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, officers said.
His blood-alcohol content (BAC) was reportedly .16%.
Ostraski was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail.
