MASSENA — State Troopers arrested Zachary M. Pitts, 28, of Massena for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and issued vehicle and traffic violations.
On Sept. 27 around 5:25 p.m., Troopers stopped a black Chevrolet Impala for an inadequate muffler.
The operator was identified as Pitts, who was found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine.
Within the vehicle was more methamphetamine, and approximately 5 grams of a stimulant.
Pitts was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing. Pi
He was arraigned in the Town of Massena Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
