Dean J. Maza, 46, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
Both charges are felonies.
Police said they recovered approximately 6.47 ounces of cocaine and $2,410.
Maza was arraigned in Massena court and remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail.
State police and New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision assisted Massena police.
