MASSENA — A Massena man was charged with felony drug possession Tuesday evening, according to state police.
Zachary M. Pitts, 28, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: Stimulant, felony, at 5:35 p.m., officers said.
He was also cited for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
His arrest status was not made public.
