LOUSIVILLE - A Massena man was charged with burlary on July 3, state police say.
Jeffrey A. Guyette, 27, was charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent and fourth-degree grand larceny: value property over $1,000, according to police.
Guyette was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
