NORFOLK -- A Massena man faces two felonies stemming from a burglary complaint Saturday night, according to state police.
Joseph W. McGregor, 35, was charged with second-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felonies, at 10:46 p.m., police said.
He was released on his own recognizance, police said.
