POTSDAM -- Scott M. Green, 43, Massena has been charged by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Office with third-degree burglary, a felony, and two misdemeanor counts, petit theft and fourth-degree criminal mischief, in connection with an incident reported to authorities on Dec. 17.
On that day they received a complaint of a burglary to a residence on County Rt. 59 in the Town of Potsdam.
Green has been arraigned before Potsdam Town Justice Mason and was released to the supervision of probation authorities.
