Massena man charged with felony meth possession and intent to sell

Police say Michael J. Ashley, 47, has been charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: methamphetamine (A II Felony), as well as third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance- methamphetamine: intent to sell (B Felony).

Ashley was arraigned in Massena Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on no bail.

Massena Police were assisted by New York State Police, St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Border Patrol.
