MASSENA — A Massena man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle on SH 37 on Sunday, according o state police.
Stephan M. Thomas, 31, was at 6:15 p.m. charged with aggravated DWI: Child in vehicle, speed in zone and backseat passenger age 4-6 restraint violation, officers said.
His arrest status was not made available.
