BRASHER — A Massena man was charged with driving while intoxicated after fleeing the scene of a property-damage accident on West Main Street, according to state police.
Brian T. Becksted, 23, was charged with first-offense DWI, operating leaving the scene of a property-damage accident, failure to use a designated lane, and imprudent speed at 6:35 a.m., officers aid.
He was released to a third party and is to appear in court to face the charges at a later date, police said.
