LOUISVILLE – A Massena man was held after being arrested on numerous alcohol- and drug-related charges including three felonies at the intersection of state routes 56 and 37 early this morning, according to state police.
Mark P. Perkins, 26, Massena, was charged shortly after 2:29 a.m. with criminal possession of a controlled substance third degree-narcotic drug with intent to sell, driving while intoxicated-previous conviction within past ten years, and aggravated unlicensed operation first degree, all felonies, police said.
He was also cited with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, driving while ability impaired by alcohol, no or inadequate plate lamp and unlawful possession of marijuana.
