STOCKHOLM -- A Massena man was charged with vehicular assault Thursday stemming from a Dec. 2 incident, according to state police.
Dylan J. Myers, 24, was charged with second-degree vehicular assault, felony, and first-offense DWI at 7:36 a.m., police said.
He was cited and released.
