OGDENSBURG — A Massena man was charged with criminal possession of stolen property Aug. 2, according to city police.
Jarrod Oshier, 23, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, at 6:17 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
