MASSENA — The Massena Artists Association is holding a call for art for a juried show that begins on May 21 and concludes June 4.

The show opens with a reception from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on May 21 at the Massena Memorial Library during regular business hours.

Massena Artists Association will be accepting works for their Juried Show on Wednesday May 11 6-7:45 p.m., Friday May 13 1-4 p.m. and Saturday May 14 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Massena

Public Library.

Registration is open to any artist within 100 miles and is limited to two entries per artist. The fee is $15 for members and $20 for non members. Registration cost covers both entries.

Two dimensional work must be no larger than 40x40, be framed or gallery wrapped and be ready to hang, wire only, no sawtooth hangers.

Three dimensional works will be accepted depending on size, contact us with dimensions.

All work must be original and completed within the last 5 years.

Award winning works from any previous Massena Artists Association shows and exhibitions are not eligible.

The exhibition is open to all media, including oil and acrylic painting, pastel, watercolor, drawing, mixed media, sculpture, photography, and digital art.

The association may, at their discretion, combine or add categories based on submissions.

Jurors for the show are Carol Backus and John Morrow. Judges decisions are final.
