POTSDAM — Potsdam police said they charged a man after observing him running naked on Main Street Wednesday afternoon.

Devin P. O’Brien, 21, Queensbury was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:53 p.m.

Police said they told O’Brien to return to the residence where his clothing was and get dressed and he complied.

He is to appear in Potsdam court Oct. 9 at 9:30 a.m.
