Facey, 44, has been charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon- convicted felon, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon- previous conviction, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Troopers say on Jan. 31 Facey and the victim were involved in an all day and night verbal altercation at a residence on State Highway 58.
