CANTON -- State police charged a man with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident Monday on U.S. Highway 11.
Bradley E. Lohr, 52, was charged with first-offense DWI, officers said.
He allegedly refused a chemical test to determine his blood-alcohol content (BAC).
He was arraigned in Canton court and released on his own recognizance, police said.
