RUSSELL — State police said they charged a man Tuesday with unlawfully publishing an intimate image stemming from a complaint made to troopers on May 29.
David R. Williams, 43, Mannsville, was charged with unlawfully publishing an intimate image and second-degree criminal contempt at 7:30 p.m., officers said.
He was cited and released.
