FINE — A larceny report resulted in felony charges for a man early this morning, according to Gouverneur-based state police.
Christopher J. Glover, 39, Rush, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: Credit card, officers said.
He was also cited for petit larceny, police said.
Glover was cited at 5:14 a.m. and ordered held.
