OGDENSBURG — An Ohio man was charged with felony drug possession following a traffic stop on North Water Street Monday morning, according to state police.
Damian D. Cookhorne, 36, was charged with first-degree criminal possession of marijuana: 10 pounds or more at 3:10 a.m., police said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
