MADRID – The Madrid Historical Society will sponsor a cider pressing demonstration at the Walker House Museum at 191 County Rt. 31 Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Everyone can stop in and try making apple cider or using some of the antique farm equipment on display. The Madrid Fire Department will have a fire engine at the museum for the kids to check out.
The historical society will also be holding a bake sale at the museum.
This is the last day the Walker House Museum will be open for the season, and as always, admission is free.
