NORWOOD — There is a new mural at the Norwood Public Library thanks to work by a local artist.
Sara Lynch recently painted a mural in Norwood library's “Storytime” space.
A press release from the library said the project is made possible with funds from the Decentralization Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York State Legislature, and administered by the St. Lawrence Council Arts Council.
