CANTON -- A Lisbon man is accused of possession of cocaine, methamphetamine and other drugs during a traffic stop on CR 14 Saturday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Ryan M. Weir, 29, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony, and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, officers said.
He was also charged with unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates and inadequate muffler, officers said.
Weir was allegedly in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, hydrocodone and more than one-eighth of an ounce of cocaine.
He was released on tickets returnable to Canton court at a later date, police said.
