CANTON – A Lisbon man has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs after his vehicle struck a traffic sign.
Troopers went to the scene, just north of Brewer Road along State Rt. 68 in the town of Canton, shortly after 11 a.m. Saturday.
Scott M. Kroeger, 27, Lisbon, lost control of his 2002 Buick, went off the right side of the road, and struck a traffic sign, according to police.
Kroeger was charged with driving while affected by drugs and arraigned before Canton Town Justice Christopher Curley.
He was released, to reappear in Canton Town Court Oct. 19.
