LISBON -- A father and son, both of Lisbon, were arrested by state police after the father allegedly displayed his genitals and the pair smashed another individual's car windows during a domestic dispute which occurred in front of the victim's two children, troopers said.
Leo T. Compo Jr., 55, was charged with one count of public lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Compo's son Jordan L. Compo, 33 was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony, second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony.
State Police said they responded to a report of a dispute at a residence on Sport Club Road in the town of Lisbon on June 2 around noon.
An investigation revealed that the pair threatened the victim with a baseball bat then used it to smash the windows of the victim’s cars.
Leo Compo also displayed his genitals in a lewd manner, troopers said.
All of this occurred in the presence of the victim’s two children, said state police.
Both men were arraigned by the Clifton Town Court and released under the supervision of probation, to reappear in Lisbon Court at a later date.
