FOWLER — A Gouverneur resident was charged with a felony Sunday stemming from a larceny complaint made to state police March 14.
Patrick W. Laidlaw, 46, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, felony, at 1:25 p.m., officers said.
His arrest status was not made public.
