For the second straight night Clarkson and Quinnipiac went to overtime, this time, the Bobcats were able to get the win, setting up tomorrow as a big game for league points.

The Knights got off to a quick start again tonight, as they jumped out to a lead with goals from Grant Cooper at 3:43 and Anthony Callin at 18:19, to go up 2-0 after one period of play.

Quinnipiac was able to pull within one at 15:27 of the second period and it remained 2-1 into the third period of play.

In the third, the Knights took a 3-1 lead when Alex Campbell centered it to Anthony Romano, who banged it home at 3:32 of the period. The lead didn't last long though, as Quinnipiac scored less then :30 seconds later. The Bobcats tied the game midway thru the third. Senior goaltender, Kris Oldham, made a huge glove save late in the third on Skyler Brind'Amour to keep it tied at 3.

In the OT, the teams traded possessions but at 2:29 of OT, Desi Burgart scored his second of the game to give the Bobcats the win.

Kris Oldham was busy in net for the Knights as he faced 47 shots, making 43 saves, a season high for a Clarkson goalie this season.

The Knights were 0 for 3 with the man advantage and gave up 1 goal on 4 chances on the penalty kill.

Both teams will be back at it tomorrow afternoon for a 4:00 pm game to wrap up the series.
