OGDENSBURG – Appointments are being made now for parents of Ogdensburg School District children who will 5 years old on or before Dec. 1, 2020.
Kindergarten screenings will be held at John. F. Kennedy Elementary School Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12 and 13.
Children must be screened before they enter kindergarten in the fall.
For an appointment, call 315-393-4264, ext. 32915.
Bring these to the appointment: child’s birth certificate, immunization record, custody papers, if applicable, and proof of residence, such as a school tax bill, lease agreement or utility bill. Children cannot be screened without a birth certificate or proof of residency.
Children already enrolled in in the district’s UPK program do not have to be screened on those two scheduled days.
