The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office has charged Ian J. Johns, Jr., 26, with possession of prison contraband after a search of a housing unit turned up a large bag of apple juice and another bag of homemade alcohol, known as jailhouse hooch, allegedly in Johns’ possession.
Johns was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
