WADDINGTON — A handful of improvements have been made to American Legion Post 420 in recent months, thanks to volunteers and community support.
A new patio is being built, with the concrete slab having been completed recently by Mike Badlam, Sean Rafter and other, unnamed volunteers.
The space will be contained with a six-foot fence around it, while still maintaining enough room to allow for a horse shoe and bean bag pit to be installed.
Flowers were also planted around the legion by Mike and Becky Badlam.
