CONSTABLE — A Hogansburg man has been arrested after allegedly stabbing another man in the parking lot of Burchacon Housing off County Route 38 on Sept. 12 at 5:36 p.m.
Abraham T. Gray, 36, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree assault, second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.
State police who investigated the incident said Gray stabbed another man several times in the torso.
The victim was transported to University of Vermont Health Network at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone for treatment.
Gray was arraigned in Moira Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 bond. He is to appear in Constable Town Court at a later date and time.
