COLTON -- Higley Flow State Park will receive $50,000 in a New York State grant for construction of a second playground closer to the campgrounds, according to a press release from Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office.
A total of $2.9 million is going toward new or existing trails and playgrounds in State Parks across the state.
