DEKALB JUNCTION – The Hermon-DeKalb Central School Student Council is again sponsoring a “giving tree” and a “memory tree” in the school’s main lobby, for those who wish support neighbors in need during the holidays, or wish to honor the memory of loved ones that have passed.
Anyone who is interested is welcome to go to the school to take an ornament off the tree. It will have info about a gift recipient.
Take wrapped gifts back to the school and the student council will deliver it before Christmas break. Memory tree donations should include the name of the loved one.
Donation is $1 per name, to be sent to the student council in the care of Mrs. Sarah Wood
