HAMMOND — A Hammond resident was charged with driving while intoxicated following investigation of a property-damage accident Sunday morning, according to state police.
Tracy M. Cunningham, 51, was charged with first-offense DWI at 4:09 a.m., officers said.
Cunningham was released to a third party, police said.
