HAMMOND — A Hammond resident was charged with a hate crime Sunday night following an alleged domestic dispute, according to state police.
Kalup J. Exford, 21, was charged with hate crime/ second-degree unlawful imprisonment, felony, and criminal obstruction of breathing at 9:34 p.n., officers said.
Exford’s arrest status was not made public.
