POTSDAM — Ann Heidenreich, the Green Living Fair Coordinator, and David Bradford, from the Town & Village of Potsdam Climate Smart Community, are the guests on the latest North Country Matters video news magazine.
They outline the events at the Fair, to be held on April 20 at the SUNY Canton Field House, and discuss what will be available with NCM host Donna Seymour.
The Green Living Fair will feature a variety of vendors and displays, including solar installers, wood pellet stoves, energy contractors, local farmers, food vendors, electric cars and hands-on activities for children.
In addition, they talk about the municipal and school leadership around the larger efforts locally to build Climate Smart Communities. Canton and Potsdam are leading those efforts right now, but other towns can springboard from the Green Living Fair to learn more about the process.
