NORWOOD — A Norwood resident was arrested Thursday after causing a vehicle to crash after running police who were chasing him, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Zakaria J. Labarge, 22, was charged with two counts of making graffiti and disorderly conduct, officers said.
Labarge allegedly used spray paint to paint on two separate buildings on South Main Street and Mechanic Street, deputies said.
While attempting to flee from police, he reportedly ran in front of a vehicle causing it to crash into a house, officers said.
Labarge was cited and released.
