GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur woman was charged with driving while intoxicated Friday night following a property-damage accident on U.S. Highway 11, according to state police.
Sheila M. Vannorton, 60, was charged with first-offense DWI at 8:03 p.m., officers said.
She was released to a third party, officers said.
