GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur woman was arrested Saturday following investigation of a Feb. 27 larceny complaint, according to state police.
Jacquelyn R. Todd, 42, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, officers said.
She was charged at 1:08 p.m. at the police station, 1005 U.S. Highway 11, police said.
Todd was released on her own recognizance, police said.
