FOWLER — A man was charged following investigation of a fatal accident June 21 that killed a motorcyclist at the intersection of state highways 58 and 812, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Floyd House, 79, Gouverneur, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign, officers said.
Around 4:30 p.m. June 21 deputies responded to an accident involving a 2016 Honda CRF450R dirt bike and a 2013 Ford F150 that was towing a small trailer.
House, who was driving the truck, struck and killed Christopher B. Fuller, 21, who was operating the dirt bike, deputies said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Coroner White.
House was not injured in the accident.
