GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man faces multiple charges following a drunken driving arrest, according to state police.
Johanthan M. Blair, 37, was charged with failure to notify change of address, aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving while intoxicated, refusing a breath test and unsafe backing at 4:34 a.m. on Route 11, according to troopers.
The incident remains under investigation.
