GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was charged with a felony sex crime Tuesday following a Feb. 26 complaint made to state police.
Michael S. Lennox, 45, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse: Contact with person under age 11, felonies, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, officers said.
He was charged at 4:50 p.m. and ordered held, police said.
