HERMON — A Gouverneur man was charged with driving while intoxicated after allegedly crashing a 2020 Polaris RZR UTA on Sunrise Circle July 4, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Don W. Jenkins, 44, was charged with first-offense DWI, speed not reasonable or prudent and refusal to take a breath screen test, officers said.
Deputies said Jenkins was driving too fast and went off the roadway on a curve.
He was cited and released.
