LISBON -- A Lisbon man was charged Friday following numerous complaints about goats in the road, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Michael P. Chambers, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct:Obstructing traffic following investigation of the incident, officers said.
Deputies said they received numerous complaints stating about 20 goats were blocking the roadway on Nelson Road.
The animals allegedly belong to Chambers.
He was cited and released.
