CANTON – A free food access workshop and luncheon will be held Thursday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the Best Western University Inn, 90 E. Main St.
The event is hosted by the Health Initiative, state Health Department and Food Bank of Central New York.
Sign-ins start at 9:30 a.m.
The event is held for any who work in a food pantry, host community meals, prepare school backpacks, or any food access efforts.
There will be a discussion and networking opportunities to share best practices and concerns.
