GOUVERNEUR — A Fowler man was charged following investigation of a trailer stolen from Hermon-DeKalb Central School in March, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Leland A. Whiten, 42, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, felony, officers said.
He was remanded to St. Lawrence County jail without bail, deputies said.
