POTSDAM — A Fort Covington resident was charged after allegedly fleeing police following a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 11, according to state St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.

Dillon M. St. Ann-Spinner, 21, was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer and numerous traffic tickets following an attempted traffic stop Sunday, officers said.
