MASSENA -- A Fort Covington man was charged with driving a snowmobile while impaired by drugs earlier this year.
Troopers said the incident took place on March 6.
Dennis J. Lauzon, 32, was charged with operating a snowmobile while ability impaired by drugs at 2:20 p.m., police said.
Lauzon was reportedly injured in the crash this spring.
Troopers said Lauzon was released on his own recognizance.
