GOUVERNEUR -- A former Blevins Ford bookkeeper is charged with theft and fraud-related counts, according to state police.
On Aug. 8, troopers charged 42-year-old Jacquelyn R. Todd of Gouverneur.
They say this followed an investigation revealed that she stole over $1,800 and falsified records while she was employed as a bookkeeper at Blevins Ford in Gouverneur.
She was charged with first-degree falsifying business record and fourth-degree grand larceny, troopers said.
She was arraigned by the Town of Canton Court where she was released on her own recognizance and to reappear in the Town of Gouverneur Court at a later date, troopers said.
