On Monday, Oct. 19, police say they carried out the search warrant at 427 Kiah St.
Casey L. Sharlow, 30, who lives at the address was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and single counts of third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said. One of the meth-making charges stemmed from a separate incident that allegedly occurred the previous day, police said. Sharlow was held pending arraignment, police said.
Keneth B. Reese, 30, of Ogdensburg was arrested and charged with third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as second-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine. He was held pending arraignment, police said.
Police say three other Ogdensburg residents were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and released with appearance tickets: Wendi Clouthier, 44; Michael Kline, 47; and Jamie King, 37.
